ABOUT

I help industrial capital projects bridge the critical gap between mechanical completion and first production — reducing startup risk and accelerating time to revenue.

After more than 30 years on the owner side in refining operations and major capital project execution, I bring a deep, practical understanding of what it takes to turn a completed facility into a producing asset. I’ve worked at the intersection of operations, construction, and project delivery, where misalignment is common — and consequences are expensive.

Today, I advise owners and leadership teams on construction handover and startup readiness. Fluent in both operational realities and project execution, I quickly identify the disconnects that undermine startup performance — unclear accountability, incomplete turnover, misaligned stakeholders, and readiness plans that look good on paper but fail in practice.

My consulting approach is structured, disciplined, and grounded in field experience. I focus on aligning stakeholders, simplifying and accelerating system turnover, and embedding operational readiness from the earliest project phases.

The goal is not just a successful startup, but a controlled, predictable transition into sustained production.

The result is safer startups, faster ramp-up, and capital projects that deliver value sooner — and with greater confidence.
